Quick reminder - January 15th is our next mailing date. We will meet at the TRN Club at 6:00 p.m.
Pot luck for this evening is - Soup, Salad, Sandwiches, Sweets - (should be interesting)
We had three boxes returned to us from our December mailing, all three was returned "flammable" !!?? All three boxes had 'hand warmers' in them. - which we're guessing is the cause of the boxes being returned. (this is another item, that we have mailed in the past, with no problem) Other things in the boxes, was shampoo, socks, tooth paste, things that we mail every month..............So, I guess I'll add another item to the "DO NOT MAIL' -
These boxes were returned from the Military side of the mailing process. Yet another challenge - lol
If you have a name of a Military person that we can mail to, please send me their information. Name, Branch, Deployed to, approximate date of return - Private Message Please.
