Good morning Sir or Ma'am
I am not sure if this is the right email to contact, but I just wanted to say that on the behalf of the US NAVY Sailors aboard the USS NIMITZ currently on deployment, we thank you for your kindness and the packages that was sent. It was addressed to one of my shipmates that work in my office, and immediately you could feel the love when it was opened. We did a bit of sharing as you can imagine (we were curious haha, but everyone was very happy. I wanted to thank everyone in the Blue Ridge Club and any others who helped bring a little bit of home to those of us who have been away from it for a while. Some of our service members don't get packages from family or friends depending on their at-home situations, so just seeing their happiness and excitement definitely brought a few tears to my eyes.
Again, please thank everyone who helped to make the boxes possible.Your kindness goes farther than you know, and I'm so glad that we have support like yours while out here. WE ARE HERE FIGHTING WAR OUT ON THEIR TURF TO ENSURE THEY CAN NOT STEP FOOT ON OURS. Thank you for making us feel missed and loved.
